As a follow-up to the session held at the AZ League Conference on August 19, this virtual session will take a deeper dive into proactive approaches for addressing the financial challenges facing small municipalities in Arizona.
Through financial forecasting and strategic budgeting, participants will learn how to better anticipate financial pressures, make informed policy decisions, and strengthen their municipality’s long-term financial stability.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants who are unable to attend the training may request a partial refund by submitting a cancellation request via email to league@azleague.org no later than Friday, October 9, 2026. Cancellation requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. A $5 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.
