The AAMC uses an online system for registration. No hard copy registration forms will be available, nor will invoices be issued. Online registration generates an automated receipt of orders and transactions.  

Full conference registration includes access to all plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, and the Exhibit Hall. It also includes the Welcome to Atlanta Reception on Friday at the Georgia Aquarium. Saturday’s focused discussions boxed lunch and the reception in the Exhibit Hall, the Posters-Up and Wine-Down reception on Monday, one brunch and one lunch in the Exhibit Hall, the grab-and-go break on Tuesday, daily refreshments (including breakfast), and Wi-Fi access throughout the hotels and convention center.

The one-day registration includes full access to all plenary and concurrent sessions only on the day for which you register, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall if it is open that day. It includes all-day refreshments, Wi-Fi throughout hotels and the convention center, and any general receptions or community lunches on the day for which you register. 

One-day registration is available for any of the meeting dates. You must register for the full conference if you plan to attend more than one day.

Attendees of AAMC in-person meetings and events place the highest value on face-to-face networking and connections. Those in-person interactions are consistently rated as the primary reason for participating in our learning events. 

At the same time, our attendees join the AAMC in caring about the environment and are concerned about the climate crisis. 

For these reasons, Learn Serve Lead 2024 registration fees include a $20 carbon offset fee to address the meeting’s carbon footprint. AAMC has pledged to donate all proceeds from these fees --as well as an additional donation-- to Trees Atlanta, a nonprofit community group that plants and conserves Atlanta’s urban tree canopy. More trees improve our health and wellbeing. Trees in cities reduce heat-related deaths and chronic illnesses, improve mental health, reduce air pollutants and noise, and provide many important ecosystem services. 

Each year, Trees Atlanta leads 10,000 volunteers who work together to plant 9,000 trees, conserve forested spaces, and educate in schools and at their headquarters in southwest Atlanta. Trees Atlanta partners with communities, businesses, and cities across metro Atlanta with programs, such as NeighborWoods, Conserve the 4-0-Forest, Youth Tree Team, One Million Trees Initiative, and more.

Credit card payments made with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover will generate an automated registration confirmation via email, and you will then be allowed to make a hotel reservation within the AAMC room block. Purchase orders are not accepted. 

You may register on-site at the AAMC Registration Desk beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8. Individuals registering on-site must pay the registration fee by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.  

An automated email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Attendees may modify their registration online at any time.  

The AAMC wishes to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently from other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. If you need auxiliary aids or services, please indicate this during registration.

If you have registered for the entire meeting (excluding students, residents, fellows, and exhibitors), you may register a personal guest (limit of one guest per full-meeting attendee). The personal guest fee includes attendance at the following evening functions: the Welcome to Atlanta Reception on Friday at the Georgia Aquarium, Nov 8; the reception in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday evening, Nov 9; and the Posters-Up and Wine-Down reception on Monday evening, Nov. 11. We also encourage personal guests to attend the wellness sessions offered throughout the meeting. Guests will not have access to other meeting sessions or the Exhibit Hall during daytime hours. Personal guests will not receive meeting materials.
