About the STARS Workshop

The STARS Workshop serves as a forum for state and federal-level trainers, auditors, and other professionals within the criminal justice community to exchange knowledge and explore emerging developments. In an era of constrained budgets and increasing operational demands, criminal justice professionals are often required to assume multiple roles. This workshop is designed to provide practical, actionable information to support your success in meeting these challenges.

This year’s agenda will feature comprehensive sessions addressing all facets of training and auditing at the state level. Presentations will be delivered by subject matter experts from Nlets, as well as distinguished professionals representing state and federal agencies. In addition to informative sessions, the workshop offers significant opportunities for networking and collaboration with peers from across the nation.

About the Implementers

This workshop is designed for technical professionals—engineers, developers, and technical managers—who want to exchange practical insights and stay current with emerging technologies. Topics include data security, cloud computing, and AI, along with updates on national standards relevant to system implementation.
