Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to events@armiusa.org.

• Registrants may receive a full refund (100%) if cancellation is received on or before October 6, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued after October 6, 2026, regardless of circumstance.
• Substitutions may be permitted at ARMI | BioFabUSA’s discretion; please contact the events team for guidance.

Photography & Videography Policy

By attending ARMI Investment Summit 2026 and any associated or adjacent programming—including, but not limited to, networking events—you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and audio recording will occur throughout the event week.

You grant ARMI | BioFabUSA the irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings in which you may appear—including your likeness, voice, and image—for promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes, in any media format, now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, digital and print materials, websites, social media, presentations, and future event promotions.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff in advance by contacting events@armiusa.org so reasonable accommodations can be discussed. While ARMI will make good-faith efforts to accommodate such requests, participation in group settings and general sessions may limit the ability to fully exclude individuals from incidental capture.

Data Privacy

ARMI | BioFAbUSA is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information.  By submitting your email address during the conference registration process, you agree that ARMI | BioFAbUSA may send you conference-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations.

Code of Conduct

ARMI | BioFabUSA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Repeated or severe unacceptable behavior should be reported to the meeting organizers and/or registration desk personnel.  Failure to comply with requests for appropriate conduct will result in ejection from the meeting and revocation of visitation privileges on the premises. If necessary, the Manchester city policy will be asked to intervene.
