Fundamentals for Supervisors: June 2 - 4, 2026

Fundamentals for Supervisors is a three-day program that provides essential skills required by those new to supervising the work of others (or aspiring to), leading project teams, or who have not received prior supervisory training. The goal of the FFS is to increase an individual’s performance as a supervisor and to provide practical tools to enhance staff performance. Learning occurs in a safe and encouraging environment in which the facilitators encourage active involvement by participants.

Virginia Commonwealth University is pleased to offer conference participants 2.3 continuing educational units for their attendance at this event. For human resource professionals, FFS provides 22.5 professional development credits.
