A Sophisticated Oasis In "The City Beautiful"

The 2027 MSA Annual Conference will be held at Hyatt Regency Orlando, a AAA Four Diamond hotel on International Drive connected to the Orange County Convention Center. The hotel is minutes from Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld Orlando, and offers five on-site restaurants, a 24-hour market, a full-service spa, and a pool grotto with waterfalls and a waterslide.

MSA has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted group rate. Book by April 5, 2027 to receive the group rate. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability. The group rate is also available three days before and after the conference, based on availability. Accessible rooms may be requested when booking.

PARKING

Group Discount: Self-parking reduced from $45 to $25 per day for one car per occupied guest room.

Valet parking is available for $56 per day. Both options include in-and-out privileges for overnight guests.

GETTING THERE

Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Brightline Orlando Station are 12 miles from the hotel. The Orlando Health/Amtrak Station is 10 miles away.

GETTING AROUND

An I-RIDE Trolley stop serves the hotel, connecting guests to shopping, dining, and entertainment along International Drive. As a Universal Partner Hotel, Hyatt Regency Orlando also offers scheduled transportation to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, and Aquatica based on park hours. Reservations are required and must be made in person one day in advance at the Vacation Planning Center in the hotel lobby.

BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Guests who prefer to pay by check, or by credit card authorization form without the card present at check-in, must submit payment or forms by April 1, 2027. Checks are not accepted at check-in.

Guests are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.

Reservations cancelled after April 5, 2027 will be charged one night's room and tax.

SCHOOLS & DISTRICTS

Schools and districts may book and pay for their attendees' rooms by check or credit card authorization form. All payments and forms must be received by April 1, 2027, along with a completed rooming list. If a school pays by check, any credit card previously provided by its attendees will no longer serve as the guarantee.
