We are delighted to announce the Inaugural Methods for Economic Evaluation & Decision Analysis in Canada (MEDAC) meeting!

This is a two-day, in-person scientific meeting will bring together researchers, trainees and knowledge users from across Canada to exchange ideas, foster collaborations and shape the future of health decision science and economic evaluation.

Goals

• Showcase emerging methods in health economic evaluation and decision analysis
• Foster a national community among researchers, trainees and knowledge users
• Provide trainees with dedicated opportunities to present their work and develop professional networks
• Facilitate dialogue that surfaces shared methodological challenges and priority areas for future collaboration

· Meeting: August 31 - September 1, 2026

· Abstract Submission Open : May 4, 2026

· Abstract Submission Closed: May 29, 2026

· Registration Opens: June 1, 2026

· Abstract Submissions Decisions Sent: June 22, 2026

· Early Bird Registration Closes: August 1, 2026

Pricing

• Standard: Early bird $600 CAD (regular price is $800 CAD after August 1, 2026)
• Academia/Government: Early bird $200 CAD (regular price is $250 CAD after August 1, 2026)
• Student/Trainee: Early bird $50 CAD (regular price is $100 CAD after August 1, 2026)
