INSIGHTS Registration Terms

1. Registration and Payment. All registration fees must be paid in full by credit card only at the time of online registration to confirm attendance. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and receipt will be issued. Transaction or processing fees are non‑refundable.
2. Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations received on or before August 11, 2026 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less any non‑refundable transaction or processing fees. In case of cancellation on or after September 8, 2026 or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your registration fee or $540.00 if you registered for a free pass. All optional offerings will be non-refundable after September 8, 2026.
3. Substitutions. If you are unable to attend the INSIGHTS EMEA London after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Ribbon Events at events@rbbn.com with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation by Ribbon. Ribbon Communications may modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events. If the event is cancelled, Ribbon’s sole liability will be limited to a refund of registration fees paid. Ribbon will not be responsible for any additional attendee costs or damages.
5. Badges and Access Authorization. Participants will receive a name badge at the registration desk. Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event to receive a badge. Badges must be worn visibly at all times, and access to the event will not be granted without a valid badge.
6. Travel and Accommodation. Participants are responsible for all travel, accommodation, visa, and related expenses. Ribbon Communications is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred in connection with travel or lodging.
7. Recording and Photography Release. Participants acknowledge that the event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed. By attending, participants grant Ribbon Communications a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use recordings, photographs, and videos that include their image, likeness, or voice for business and promotional purposes.
8. Intellectual Property. Conference speakers retain ownership of their presentation content. Speakers grant Ribbon Communications a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to record, reproduce, distribute, and use presentation content and recordings for business and promotional purposes.
9. Code of Conduct. Participants must behave in a professional and lawful manner. Ribbon Communications may remove any participant for disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal conduct, without refund.
10. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver. Participants assume all risks associated with event attendance, including personal injury, illness, or property loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive any related claims against Ribbon Communications.
11. Liability Release and Indemnification. Participants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ribbon Communications and its affiliates from claims arising out of or related to their event participation, including injury or property damage.
12. Governing Terms. These Event Registration Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and supplement Ribbon Communications’ website Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. In the event of conflict, these Event Registration Terms control with respect to the event.
13. Acceptance of Terms. By registering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Event Registration Terms, including the cancellation and refund policy.
