The Fifth Annual Oklahoma Oil & Natural Gas Expo BBQ Competition is Back – and Bigger Than Ever!

Companies are responsible for assembling their own teams that can be comprised of E&P, service company, midstream and more. 

  • Teams will provide:
    • Minimum of 700 food samples (size should be comparable to a slider or mini taco)
    • 10 samples reserved for Judges' Panel between 12-1 p.m.
    • Sides, desserts, and drinks are optional
    • Plates/boats, plasticware, and napkins
    • Cooker
    • Cooking tables and utensils
    • Cleaning supplies
    • Tents - maximum size 10x20
    • Overall dimensions of cooker, tent, and any other additions to the space
  • Expo will provide:
    • 30'x40' space or comparable
    • Two serving tables
    • Garbage can
    • Shared handwashing station
    • Electricity upon request 
  • Set up:
    • Wednesday, October 14, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Thursday, October 15, 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
    • Set up must be completed by 8:30 a.m.
  • Teams must be ready to serve by 10:45 a.m.
  • BBQ Competition is 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • All participants will be entered in two competitions: Judges' Choice and People's choice. The winners will be announced at the end of the day and will be awarded a trophy.
