If registration is canceled by October 1, 2026, the registrant will receive a full refund. Please notify oceaa@nova.edu within the refund window for your refund to be processed. Registrants who provide notification after the refund window has closed, or are no-shows the day of the event, are asked to honor their commitment to offset the cost of the event. No refunds will be offered for goods and or services provided.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 1, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please email oceaa@nova.edu by the cancellation deadline.

Cancellations received after October 1, 2026, as well as no-shows on the day of the event, are not eligible for a refund, as event costs are incurred based on confirmed registrations.

Refunds will not be issued for any goods or services that have already been provided.
