2026 AASHTO Joint Council on Active Transportation and Committee on Planning Meeting is open to organizations and individuals interested in transportation. Full meeting registration fee includes access to all sessions, meals, and evening reception.
Registration is required for all participants and speakers.
All payments must be received prior to the start of the meeting, or attendee badges will be withheld onsite pending payment confirmation.
AASHTO Associate Membership
- Membership is agency based. State DOTs are automatically members of AASHTO and their employees qualify for the membership rate.
- Member rate is specifically designated for State DOTs and AASHTO Associate Members. Associate Membership is available only to sub-state and federal transportation agencies in the United States, as well as transportation agencies in other countries. The AASHTO Member rate is not available to individuals and private-sector laboratories, including those that are AASHTO accredited.
- AASHTO reserves the right to change the registration rate for attendees who register incorrectly.

One Day Attendees:
- Includes access to sessions and meals on the specified day(s) in your registration form.
- One-day passes cannot be 'stacked' during the entirety of the event.
- If attending more than one day, a full meeting pass must be purchased.
Guest Registration:
- Open to family members, spouses, significant others, or friends of registered attendees.
- Co-workers or associates within the profession are not eligible.
- Provides access to the Tuesday evening reception.
