How do I register for the conference?
Registration will be available through this website. On-site registration is available but not guaranteed if capacity is reached.
When does registration open?
Registration opens in May.
What are registration options?
There are two registration options: Full Conference OR On Demand Only.
Both options are available to:
- NP Members
- NP Non Members
- Student Members
- Student Non Members.
What is included in my registration fee?
Full Conference includes full access to live, in-person sessions + 10 extra, pre-recorded continuing education sessions, including 8 pharmacology. Additionally, as an in-person attendee, you have access to networking opportunities, exhibit hall entry, breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, and conference app access.
***In-person sessions will NOT be recorded during the conference for later viewing.***
On Demand Only offers 10 pre-recorded continuing education sessions including 8 pharmacology.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations received by 8/10/2026 receive a full refund.
Cancellations received by 8/31/2026 receive a 50% refund.
No refunds after 9/7/2026, but you may transfer your registration to On Demand Only and receive a refund for the difference.

Will the conference be hybrid or virtual?
The last few years we recorded all the in-person sessions and made them available on demand, post-conference. This year, in-person sessions will NOT be recorded during the conference for later viewing.

What should I bring to wear?
Business casual is recommended. You may want to bring a laptop or tablet (not required), comfortable shoes for the exhibit hall, and a light sweater or jacket.

Standard booth includes:
• One 6ft. table with 10 x 10 exhibit booth including 2 chairs and wastebasket
• 2 exhibitor booth representative badges
• Company logo on Exhibitor Thank You Banner
• Company logo in LANP Conference Program
• Company profile in the mobile app

Can I ship materials directly to the venue?
Additionally, you may use the hotel's onsite FedEx to ship materials. Click here for more information.
Will a list of conference attendee emails be provided?
A list of opt-ed in attendee email addresses will be provided.
