  • No prerequisite
  • 8 Modules, delivered in 24 hours, over a 1-, 2-, or 4-week structure
  • Intensive training in on-screen webinars (Virtual) or at a live event (In-Person, Face to Face)
  • Attendance requirement to achieve a Certificate of Completion
  • 30 hours (units) of International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited training
  • 33 credits (PDC's) of SHRM®-accredited training

 

Course Outcomes

  • Certificate of Completion with 30 units which can be used toward ICF accreditation and 33 credits which can be used toward SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification
  • Digital Certificate Badge from Credly® (for Jan. 2023 programs and later)
  • Invitation to join NLI's Alumni Network

BBCT Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit™ (Virtual): $4,000.00 USD

  • Prerequisite BBCS®
  • Intensive virtual training in 12 on-screen webinars across approximately 12 weeks
  • One 90-120 minute call per week
  • Attendance requirement to achieve a Certificate of Completion
  • 38.5 hours (units) of International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited training
  • 35 credits (PDC's) of SHRM®-accredited training

 

Course Outcomes

  • BBCC® Brain-Based Coaching Certificate (BBCS + BBCT) with 68.5 units that can be used towards an ICF Level 1/ACC application
  • Certificate of Completion with 35 credits which can be used toward SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification
  • Digital Certificate Badge from Credly®
  • Invitation to join NLI's Alumni Network
