Working Session Parameters
- Working sessions require a minimum lead time of 5 weeks notice
- Working sessions require a business justification with a clear definition of impact and how success will be measured.
- Location/accommodation selection will be managed by the Travel & Events team
- Guests of Krakenites are not permitted at working sessions
- Working session attendees will be expected to follow the company Travel & Expense Policies
- Working sessions should not be a reflection of retreats, and will not include enhanced dinner events, activities, or provided airport transportation
