COURSE OVERVIEW

Advance your expertise at a pivotal moment in pulmonary hypertension care. PH Update 2026 offers a focused, high-impact opportunity to stay at the forefront of the field.

This one-day, accredited symposium will bring together clinicians for robust scientific plenaries and dynamic, expert-led discussions. Attendees will gain practical insights from globally recognized thought leaders and have the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue that extends beyond the meeting.

As an endorsed gateway to the 8th World Symposium on Pulmonary Hypertension, taking place July 1-4, 2029, this program positions participants to contribute their perspectives on key topics.

OBJECTIVES

  • Describe the history, structure, and task force methodology of the World Symposium on Pulmonary Hypertension and identify opportunities for clinician engagement and feedback in advance of the 8th WSPH
  • Critically evaluate current risk assessment models in pulmonary hypertension, including their strengths and limitations, and discuss evolving concepts such as right ventricular phenotyping and remission
  • Integrate emerging and recently introduced therapies into individualized treatment strategies for pulmonary arterial hypertension, with attention to sequencing, combination approaches, and safety monitoring
  • Apply updated evidence and expert perspectives to the diagnosis and management of Group 2, Group 3, and Group 4 PH, recognizing areas of ongoing controversy and evolving classification
