- What is included in a hospitality package?
Artist packages include: accommodations, airport transfers, venue transfers, meals, Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher ticket, World Final ticket, welcome kit and after party access.
Media & FORB packages include: accommodations, airport transfers, Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher ticket, World Final ticket, welcome kit and after party access along with additional excursions in Toronto.
Red Bull staff packages include: accommodations only.
- What is the difference between the hospitality packages?
Packages differ based on what is being offered. Please ensure you select the correct package for your needs.
- Can I purchase hospitality packages for a group?
Yes, hospitality packages are available to be purchased in a group. You will indicate the number of packages you would like to purchase when you register.
- What is the closest airport to fly in to?
Toronto Pearson Airport is best for incoming and outgoing domestic and international flights. Domestic guests or guests travelling from countries close by can also look into Billy Bishop Airport (Toronto’s City Airport) as an option as well.
- What hotel will I be staying at?
The 1 Hotel, Ace Hotel Toronto and W Hotel Toronto will be accommodating the Red Bull BC One World Final program. Packages will be distributed across all three and confirmation of your hotel will be sent closer to the event.
- How do I get to and from the events?
Shuttle services will be available from the 1 Hotel Toronto and Ace Hotel Toronto to the three venues. Uber, Lyft and public transportation can also be utilized.
- Are food and beverages included?
Food and beverage offerings vary by package. Details of what is included can be found within each package description above.
- Does my package include a ticket to the Red Bull BC One World Final?
Tickets to the Red Bull BC One World Final are included in Artist and Media & FORB hospitality packages only. Staff will be required to purchase Red Bull BC One World Final tickets separately, pending availability.
- Does my package include a ticket to the Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher?
Yes, select packages include a ticket to the Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher, Additional tickets to the Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher are sold separately and are not included in the hospitality packages. Any staff looking to attend the Red Bull BC One Last Chance Cypher must purchase a ticket.
- Can I change my packages after I have purchased them?
Yes, if you need to update and/or change the number of packages purchased, please email our hospitality team at redbullbconetoronto@redbull.com
- Am I able to bring a +1?
Yes, there is a section when you register to indicate whether or not you will be bringing a guest with you. Please note they will be in your room, they will not receive a separate hotel room.
- When do hospitality packages close?
Hospitality packages close on September 15, 2026.
- When will I receive my final itinerary and event information?
The deadline to confirm all guest details is October 1 2026. Once the deadline has passed, confirmed itineraries will be shared out.
- What is the refund and cancellation policy for hospitality packages?
Refunds will be honoured if hospitality packages are cancelled before hospitality packages close on September 15 2026. If hospitality packages are not cancelled by September 15 2026, no refund will be offered.
- Who should I contact if I have questions about my hospitality package or booking?

- How much time will I have to update my guest information for my packages?
You will have until October 1, 2026 to update your guest information for the selected packages you purchased.
- Do I need a visa to enter Canada?
Entry requirements vary depending on your nationality and passport. Please check the requirements here to see if a visa is applicable to your country before making travel arrangements.
- Will Red Bull Canada provide a visa invitation letter?
Yes. An invitation letter will be emailed to everyone in their confirmation email. If you did not receive one, you can reach out to the hospitality team directly at redbullbconetoronto@redbull.com.
- I need support with the visa process. Who can I contact?
