Introduction to Traditional Thai Massage Retreat
Join us at this BEAUTIFUL Garden City, Utah location, for the all inclusive retreat and learn an intro to traditional Thai Massage.
What you get:
Introduction to Traditional Thai Massage - 16 CE's
Demonstrate foundational Thai Massage techniques utilizing rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and joint mobilization. Apply proper body mechanics and practitioner ergonomics to deliver Thai Massage safely and efficiently. Perform an introductory Thai Massage sequence incorporating supine, side-lying, prone, and seated body positions. Assess client comfort, positioning needs, and range of motion to adapt techniques appropriately within scope of practice. Demonstrate appropriate pressure application and pacing based on client feedback and tissue response. Execute smooth and effective transitions between techniques and body positions to maintain session flow and safety. Identify key anatomical landmarks and muscle groups commonly addressed in Thai Massage to support effective technique application. Demonstrate professional communication skills to obtain informed consent and support client comfort throughout the session.

You will need to have loose clothing and a pad to work on.

Select upgraded bed choice OR random room assignment.
Board
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday October 16th and 17th.
You are on your own for dinner on arrival day October 15th, and departure day October 18th.
*We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, so please be conscious of such if you have any and make your own arrangements as necessary. Menu's will be available at least 1 week prior to the event.
