The Panel of three experts with different experiences in substance-use related research, clinical work, public policy, and development and implementation of ATOD prevention programs will explore what we know works and what is needed when providing quality and effective ATOD prevention programs for youth. Some of the issues we will discuss including messaging, curriculums, what we know does not work, tailoring (or not) your message by age or other demographic factors, and harm reduction.
