CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
A written request for cancellation must be emailed to hcm.conference@nyu.edu to the attention of Conference Administration. Refunds will be returned via the original method of payment.
Refund requests can be received until 05/15/2026. Unfortunately, NYU SPS cannot refund any fees for cancellations that occur less than 30 days before the Event start date, or for failure to attend an Event.
Due to financial obligations incurred by NYU SPS, refunds are not available after 05/15/26. The School is unable to arrange cancellation exceptions or accept onsite cancellations. All refunds will be processed following the conference.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
If you cannot attend the in-person conference but would like to send someone in your place, please email hcm.conference@nyu.edu no later than 06/12/26. After this date, we are not able to process any substitutions.
