CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

ACSI’s Annual Conference has been tackling the big issues in ESG for more than 20 years. Now, as the low-carbon horizon draws ever closer, integrating environmental, social and governance issues into investment decisions has never been more important.

This year, the Conference was held in person in Sydney on Wednesday 3 May. Topics included financially material ESG issues such as the scale of the global challenges facing us, the importance of a just transition and the circular economy. We also hear from the Minister of Financial Services on the Federal Government’s agenda, Professor Marcia Langton on the importance of the Voice to Parliament, and as ever, hear what’s top of mind for Australia’s leading company directors.
