By entering this event, you grant BSH and its authorized agents the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to take photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings of me (collectively, the “Recordings”).  You further agree that BSH may, without any compensation to you, use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish the Recordings in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to BSH’s internal and external publications, websites, social media platforms, and for any other lawful purpose. You further grant to BSH the right to modify, edit, alter, translate, dub, and create derivative works from the Recordings, in whole or in part, using any technology now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, artificial intelligence, voice cloning, and lip synchronization technologies.
