The Third Circuit Judicial Conference will take place May 13-15, 2020 at Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing. This is the 75th Judicial Conference of the Third Circuit. All judges and attorneys are invited to attend the Conference sessions. Guests are welcome to all social events.

The Judicial Conference will consider the business of the courts and address matters of importance to the administration of justice in the Third Circuit. 28 U.S.C. § 333.  Twelve and a half continuing legal education credits will be offered, including two hours of ethics credits (approved in PA, pending approval in other jurisdictions). Programs of interest to both private sector and public interest attorneys will be featured, including sessions on Antitrust and Big Tech, Human Trafficking, and Media and Judicial Independence.  All sessions will be led by experts and leaders in their respective fields.

Our notable guest speakers include Stephen Budiansky, Author of Oliver Wendell Holmes:  A Life in War, Law and Ideas, who will speak at the opening dinner on Wednesday evening along with Jeffrey Rosen, President and CEO of The National Constitution Center.  Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Christopher A. Wray will deliver a keynote address at the luncheon on Thursday.
