Dr. Gloriana Pẽna is a recognized expert in orthodontic aligner therapy, clinical treatment planning, and digital orthodontics. A graduate of the school of dentistry at Latin University of Costa Rica, she leads a comprehensive private practice in Alajuela, Costa Rica, where she combines patient-centered care with expertise in complex orthodontic cases. Dr. Pẽna has served as clinical advisor to leading aligner providers across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, as well as a Clinical Department Specialist on the Smile Architect team for a leading international aligner brand. Passionate about clinical education and digital innovation, she provides personalized mentorship to clinicians, helping them navigate complex treatment plans, make confident clinical decisions, and maximize the potential of aligner therapy.
