YSA 2026 Conference Donations

Thank you for your donations. We, as a Tampa region YSA, are hoping to collect enough donations to make 800 homeless hygiene kits that will all be donated to Feeding Tampa Bay, which will then distribute them to people in need. Our goal is to help all of the YSA bond over a meaningful activity.

Unstoppable Culture is a step-by-step guide to building high-performance teams that consistently deliver results. Unlike leadership books that focus on abstract concepts, this book provides practical tools, including the "Cost of Mediocrity Calculator" and the Net Usable Talent (NUT) framework, to help leaders measure and improve their workplace culture.

With insights drawn from over 30 years of coaching in 32 countries, author Chris Hunsicker presents a proven blueprint for transforming any team into a ntless, results-driven force.

At its core, Unstoppable Culture challenges the idea that great teams happen by chance. Instead, it emphasizes that exceptional cultures are intentionally designed and sustained through leadership, accountability, and daily e tion. Readers will learn to shift from “mood-dependent excellence” to consistent high performance, strengthen their team’s managerial and emotional stamina, and move from managing numbers to coaching behaviors that drive long-term success.

More than just a leadership manual, Unstoppable Culture teaches leaders how to create systems that empower their teams to thrive, regardless of individual motivation levels.

Through real-world case studies and immediately actionable strategies, this book equips leaders with the tools to cultivate an environment where people excel--and where high performance becomes the norm, not the exception.
