New This Year! Reserve a Team Table for Both Days

Coming with a school, district, or AU team? 

Reserve a dedicated table for both days for your group during ballroom general sessions, keynote events, and lunch.

For just $25 per table, your team can enjoy:

• The same table for the entire conference.
• Guaranteed seating together for up to 10 people per table.
• The ability to choose your preferred table location from the ballroom map.
• No need to send someone early to save seats or hold tables.
• An easy home base for your team throughout the conference.
• Original centerpiece (see BYOC below).

How It Works

1. Purchase your Team Table through registration.
2. Select your preferred table location (only 20 tables available, first come, first served).
3. Limit 2 tables per team!

Important Information

• Team Tables seat up to 10 attendees.
• If your group has fewer than 10 people, we'll make any unoccupied seats available to other conference attendees at the start of each morning’s keynote.
• Table signage will remain in place throughout the conference. Please do not move or remove table nameplates.

BYOC - Bring Your Own Centerpiece (Optional) 

Want to personalize your team's table?

Centerpieces must:

• Be no larger than a 12" x 12" base and no higher than 15” tall on the table so as not to impede anyone’s view.
• Be non-disruptive, including but not limited to:
  • No flashing lights
  • Produce no sound
  • Produce no odor.
• Not be a fire hazard.
