Liability Waiver
By participating in or preparing for the 2025 Kansas Lek Treks/Prairie-Chicken Festival, the participant agrees to hold Audubon of Kansas harmless for any property loss or personal injury sustained during such activities.
The participant, being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2025 Kansas Lek Treks/Prairie-Chicken Festival, hereby releases and forever discharges Audubon of Kansas, its employees, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns from all claims, demands, and causes of action, including those arising from negligence, related to any injury to persons or property resulting from participation in festival activities.
