Join us February 16-17, 2027, in Austin for Architects Day during the 90th Texas Legislative Session. We will discuss the policy issues facing Texas architects and offer informative training for follow up meetings with your elected delegation. You will have the opportunity to speak with legislators at our Evening Reception on the 16th and meet with several legislative offices to discuss TxA legislative priorities and topics important to the industry on the 17th. This is a critical opportunity that only comes around once every two years, and we need you to advocate for architecture and architects in Texas.

Registration and Opening Session
Legislative Primer and Advocacy Issues Discussion (CE Pending)
Join fellow AIA members, the TxA Government Affairs Team, and advocacy experts in discussing the issues facing architects in the 90th Legislative Session. The session will prepare you for the following day’s legislative office visits.
Legislative Reception
Enjoy snacks and beverages and mingle with members of the Texas Legislature.

Legislative Office Visits
Engage directly with legislators and their staff to discuss TxA’s Legislative Priorities. TxA staff will organize attendees into groups and schedule your office visits.
