Show Set-up: Tuesday and Wednesday, June 9 and 10
Preview Night: Wednesday, June 10, 7- 9 p.m.
Show Hours: Thursday and Friday, June 11 and 12, 9 a.m - 5 p.m.
Saturday, June 13, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
About Our Show
Building upon our experience and connections throughout the upper mid-west, Minnesota Quilters brings you The Minnesota Quilt Show. The show features 4 days of workshops and lectures with over 40 options led by nationally-known faculty. Attendees also come to see our judged, non-judged, youth exhibits as well as several special exhibits.
Of course, they also come for the shopping!
Annual attendance is around 5,000, with many attending several days. We strive to balance the number of attendees and the number of vendors and focus on quilt and fiber art related vendors.
We asked attendees for types of new vendors they'd like at our 2026 show: quilting stencils and inks, buttons/lace/trims, specialty thread, batting, notions, batiks, art/contemporary fabrics, quilt racks, scissors. We are also seeking vendors for fiber arts such as knitting, needle felting, etc.

Our vendors are important to our show! We will support you with:
- carts for unloading/loading (free but limited numbers)
- refreshments during move-in days
- local youth groups to assist with move in/out
- a quiet space for lunch
- volunteers to check if you need a break
- opportunity to present on the Learning Stage.
