Meter Integration Training is designed for anyone involved in the process of troubleshooting Aclara transponders and is mandatory for anyone integrating TWACS modules into new or existing meters. This course is a hands-on, 2 day class that covers integration of the Universal Metering Transponder-Residential (UMT-R) and Universal Metering Transponder-Commercial (UMT-C). It involves both the physical integration and use of Meter Shop Test Tool, Aclara's Integration Software. Students will be certified using both the I-210+ and kV2c meters. Certification grants membership to the Certified Meter Integrators group in the Aclara Connect community.
NOTE: This course is strictly for TWACS meters. For general training on Aclara I-210+ and kV2c meters and MeterMate, register for Aclara University - 2026 Aclara Meter School.
Students must have a company email address to attend this course. This is required to access the Certified Meter Integrators group in Aclara Connect.
2026 sessions are Feb 18-19 and Sept 23-24.

Class times are from 8AM - 4PM daily at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
