When will the conference take place?

The IFA Cultivating Tomorrow 2026 will take place June 3-4, 2026 in Budapest. 

How can I reserve a hotel room,
and what are the rates?

To benefit from the IFA negotiated rate, you must book through the link provided in the regitration confirmation email.

How can my organization become
a conference sponsor?

How can I receive a list of participants in advance of the conference?

Once you are registered, you can access
the list on the conference web site
under Attendee list.

What is the cancellation policy
for the conference?

Delegates wishing to cancel their participation should inform IFA in writing before April 22, 2026. After that date, there will be no refund of the registration fee. The registration fee remains due for cancellations occuring after the deadline.

I need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

Please provide your passport details
during online registration to receive an invitation letter.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Business attire for the conference
and evening social events.
