The Cultivating Tomorrow conference is both the stage, and the launchpad for IFA’s global startup competition. Connect with the 12 finalists selected from 150+ applicants in the inaugural challenge who will present their grand final pitches in Budapest.

If you are an early stage startup (pre-seed or seed) and require additional financial support towards your registration fee, please email innovation@fertilizer.org before completing your registration to make a request.

The registration fee covers the event only and does not include travel, accommodation, or personal expenses. It is payable in Euros (€) via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex accepted). 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing by April 22, 2026:
85% refund (15% cancellation fee). No refunds after this date. 

The fee remains due for cancellations after the deadline. Refunds will be processed after the event, minus bank charges.

One accompanying person (spouse or child) can attend without a fee but must be registered.

By registering, delegates accept the payment terms.

Special room rates have been negotiated by IFA at the Kimpton Bem Budapest Hotel. Single 249 Euros / Double 264 Euros.

These rates are available to delegates who make a reservation through the link provided and are subject to specific terms for guarantee and cancellation. 

Hotel reservations must be made before April 22, 2026. After this date, reservations cannot be guaranteed.

Above stated rate is valid per night and include the buffet breakfast, include 5% VAT. City taxes are excluded. 

CONDITIONS
Check-in time 3PM. Check-out time 11AM. Early check in and late check out are subject to reconfirmation.

PAYMENT
The full stay (including applicable taxes) will be charged upon reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any cancellation from the time of the reservation, the hotel will charge the full stay (including applicable taxes).

Airport transfers

Budaptes Ferenc Liszt international airport is located approximately 25 km from the conference venue (40 minutes by car depending on traffic). Taxis are readily available

Passport & Visas

A valid passport is required to enter Hungary (minimum validity of 6 months at the time of departure).

Delegates are invited to check here and consult the nearest consulate in their country for visa requirements applicable to them. 

If a letter of invitation is needed, please provide your passport details during registration or contact the IFA Conference Service as soon as possible.
