To secure a room at the event location or at partner off-site hotels, attendees must book through the registration process. Summit rates are only available through this method; direct contact with the hotel is not permitted.

Booking Instructions

• During registration process, you can book your hotel directly from the Hotel Accommodations page.
• After booking, you can edit your selection if needed. To change your check-in/check-out dates, modify your registration using the modify link in your registration confirmation email. You’ll need your confirmation number and email address to log in.

• Hotel policies vary. Please review the cancellation terms and conditions carefully when booking.
• We cannot waive non-refundable cancellation fees.
• After completing your registration, you’ll see your hotel reservation request listed at the bottom of the registration confirmation.
  Please note: the confirmation number shown on this page is for your event registration only and is different from your hotel confirmation number.
• You will receive your hotel-specific confirmation number 2 weeks before the event. Any changes before October 15 must be made by modifying your registration.

Important Notes

• Please do not call the hotel to confirm your reservation until you receive your hotel-specific confirmation number.
• After receiving your hotel’s brand confirmation email, you may make changes directly with the hotel.
