Course Format

This course is delivered in a blended learning format, combining self-paced eLearning with two scheduled live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions.

Course Structure

• Phase One: 4-5 hours of eLearning (sent 4 weeks ahead of Session One)
• Session One: Interactive session - Apply eLearning concepts and Build Fluency
• Session Two: Case Study

To ensure a successful learning experience, please note the following:

• Both the eLearning and live sessions are required to complete the course.
• The eLearning module must be completed prior to attending the live sessions. Please plan your schedule accordingly to meet this prerequisite.

Pricing

The course fee is $2,500 CAD per participant (plus applicable Taxes).

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for professionals responsible for evaluating jobs and roles within their organizations. It is particularly relevant for those working in compensation management, organizational effectiveness, and human resources development.

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of evaluating roles and organizational structures up to mid-level using the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart – Profile Method.

During the live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, participants will apply the methodology to a global standard case study. These sessions offer the opportunity to engage directly with a Korn Ferry consultant, explore real-world challenges, ask questions specific to your organization’s processes, and learn from peer experiences.

• To ensure balanced group discussions, we limit participation to two delegates per organization.
• This training is exclusively available to employees of client organizations currently using the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart – Profile Method.
