Attend In-person at the Roger J. Panciera Education Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma, or online via the Attendee Hub

Registration Rates

DVMS: Early Registration: $375; $475 after October 23.

Technicians: Early Registration: $200; $300 after October 23.

NOTE FOR TECHNICIANS: Veterinary technicians and nurses are welcome at Fall Conference every year. However, the technician specific track will not be offered this year.

CE Credit

Up to 18 hours of continuing education offered for in-person attendance, including the exhibit hall attendance, and 17 hours for virtual attendance.

*If you are a veterinary professional licensed in another state, MOST states accept CE that is (1) approved by another state board; or (2) offered by an accredited veterinary school. Attendee must confirm with their respected licensing boards. CVM Fall Conference is approved by the OKBVME and OSU CVM is an AVMA accredited veterinary school.

Fall Conference is not RACE approved.

Per OBVME, those that attend the exhibit hall may add 1 hour of CE, for a total of 15. If you do not attend the exhibit hall, 14 hours of CE.

Registration includes light refreshments during the in-person event.
