About the Summit
The Arkansas Transportation Summit (ATS) brings together transportation professionals from around the world to collaborate, share insights, and explore a broad range of transportation-related topics. This event combines the audiences of two long-standing gatherings — the Transportation Planning Conference and the Transportation Research Committee Engineering Conference — both previously hosted by the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
The Summit welcomes ARDOT employees alongside government officials, consultants, academics, and exhibitors to share ideas and discuss the innovations and challenges shaping the future of transportation in Arkansas.
This year's ATS will feature a look at the history and development of modern transportation infrastructure, not just in the State of Arkansas but also at the national level and beyond. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore general sessions and breakout discussions on topics such as construction, materials innovations, transportation and traffic safety, project funding, maintenance, bridge design, metropolitan planning, AI, and modern technology infrastructure.
