Welcome to the 31st San Diego Hybrid International Summit on Violence, Abuse and Trauma Across the Lifespan!
The following pages will take you through the Summit registration. Divided into 6 sections, the process takes approximately 30 minutes:
- Section 1 is your general information
- Section 2 is more personal information and permissions/ADA request forms
- Section 3 refers to admission items
- Section 4 is optional add-ons
- Section 5 is for selecting sessions *Click on the AGENDA tab above to see full session descriptions and speaker information.
- Section 6 is for summary followed by payment.
The sessions you select will show up on the “my schedule” tab of the Cvent Events App. It will also have any documents, presentations and/or handouts the speakers share, and will allow you to modify your schedule if needed. Access to the Event App will not be available until one week prior to the event.
All sessions will available in-person.

Before you begin, please note the following:
Stay on the registration page.
There is a 15 minute window that will time out if there is no activity.
Government or organization firewalls may block our event confirmation emails. Once registration is compete, you should receive a copy of your registration in a confirmation email with your confirmation number.
Before you register, please ask your IT department to add registration@ivatcenters.org to your organization's safe sender list. Make sure you save your confirmation number.
Enter a personal e-mail address. IVAT will e-mail your registration confirmation, receipts, and agenda. When you register, please do not ‘opt out’ of receiving our emails; this is how you modify your agenda, receive receipts and access our surveys/evaluations.
Please set your spam filter or firewall to accept messages from registration@ivatcenters.org.
This email will also be used to access the event app. Please list an email address that can be easily accessed on-site at the summit.
Please select the appropriate Registration Type below.
- For attendees joining in person, select Summit Attendee
- For U.S. Domestic Virtual Attendees, select Virtual Attendee
- For any Military personnel joining in person, select Military.
- For any Military personnel joining virtually, select Military Virtual Attendee
- For any attendees joining from Hawaiʻi in person, select Kamaaina
- For any attendees joining from Hawaʻi Virtually, select Kamaaina Virtual Attendee
- For any attendees joining us Internationally in person, please select International.
- For International Virutal Attendees, select International Virtual Attendee
- For speakers/presenters ON THE PROGRAM please select Speaker.
- For poster presenters, please select Poster Presenter.
- For any students joining in person, please select Student.
- For all students joining virtually, please select Student Virtual Attendee
- For Volunteers and Exhibitors, please follow the instructions provided by IVAT Staff.
- For pre-approved Groups, please follow the instructions provided by IVAT Staff.
