The Ohio State Center for Integrative Health is now offering the Mindful Aging: Purpose-Filled Living program starting in January! This program is an 8-week mindfulness-based program that includes gentle movement, music, and community to help people become more centered, present, and adapt to the major changes that come with aging!  Along with meeting for 1-hour and 15 minutes per week across 8 weeks, participants will have access to a mobile app full of video practices and additional resources, and 6 months of post-program content to stay engaged with the skills they just built!

Mindful Aging: Purpose-Filled Living will help participants:

  • Understand what causes you to experience stress
  • Learn techniques that help you become more present in daily life
  • Start utilizing your body to be focused in the present moment
  • Use breathing methods to relax your body and mind
