The IR Show January 2027

Before You Register

• IR Show Registration Fee of $100 is included in price. The Registration Fee is non-refundable 
• A $100 PRICE INCREASE will go into effect for all registrations received on November 15th, 2026 and after.
• Assignments of booth space will be on a first come, first served basis. Booths must be paid in full before a booth will be assigned to you. The IR Show has the right to limit the amount of booth space allocated to each Exhibitor.
• BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP PRIOR TO SHOW OPENING
• All booths MUST remain open until the official closing time each day.
• Names for hotel room included in package, must be sent to hotelinfo@theirshow.com by November 15, 2026. Additional rooms can be purchased by visiting the IR Show website and clicking the link provided on the "hotel" page.
• Payments:
  • Payments can be made by check or credit card.  Credit card surcharge (3% Visa & M/C and 4% AMX) is non-refundable.
  • All checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. Bank and payments must be received and cleared prior to the show.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER NOVEMBER 15, 2026.
  • NO SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED UNLESS PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED AT THE IR SHOW OFFICE PRIOR TO SHOW DATES.
