The Pittsburgh Diffraction Society (PDS) is a not-for-profit organization which promotes fundamental and applied diffraction and crystallographic research and the exchange of ideas and information concerning such research.
The 2026 PDS Conference will be held at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and features two parallel scientific sessions—one focused on life sciences and the other on chemistry and materials science—with shared keynote lectures bringing together the full community for interdisciplinary exchange.
