About the Conference
This conference brings together professionals from across Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa who are dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and their families. Designed for a diverse audience—including general and special education administrators, teachers, service providers, parents, advocates, attorneys, and others—this event focuses on enhancing special education services and collaborative practices. While this conference is put on by and for the three states, other states are welcome to attend.
The majority of sessions are geared toward individuals with a foundational understanding of special education law, procedures, and best practices. Attendees are expected to bring prior knowledge in these areas to fully engage with the material and effectively apply it within their professional or advocacy roles.
