Registration Options - 109th International Association for Identification's Educational Conference

The IAI Educational Conference is extremely robust. Monday and Wednesday mornings there will be a Full-Conference General Session. Monday afternoon through Friday afternoon a variety of Lectures and Workshops are available from which to choose. Lectures are open to all registered attendees, while workshops are an additional fee and have limited enrollment. Monday evening will have a formal Poster Presentation and Tuesday evening a Photography Contest that will take place in the Exhibit Hall.

FULL REGISTRATION

IAI Member Advance Registration is $495 prior to 7/31/25 (U.S.) and $545 (U.S.) onsite.

Non Member Advance Registration is $595 (U.S.) prior to 7/31/25 and $645 (U.S.) onsite.

Individual Workshop sessions are additional and average from $35 to $150 (U.S.) per class.

Full Registration Includes: All conference materials; the Sunday President’s Reception; Monday Discipline Networking Event and Exhibit Grand Opening Reception; Monday night Poster Presentation, Tuesday night Photo Contest and Reception; and the Friday night Installation and Closing Banquet. (Note: receptions are not full meals)

The full registration DOES NOT include workshops that require an additional fee, hotel accommodations, or travel.

DAILY REGISTRATION

Daily registration is $375 (U.S.) prior to 7/31/25 and $425 (U.S.) onsite.

Daily registrants will receive only the non-fee educational sessions for that day and entrance to Exhibit Hall. Workshops require additional fees.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

Student registration is $295 (U.S.) prior to 7/31/25 and $345 onsite. To qualify as a Student Registrant, individuals must be full-time college students, with a major in forensic science-related field or law enforcement, taking 12 or more semester hours/credits or the equivalent in quarter hours/credits for undergraduate study and at least 9 semester hours/credits or the equivalent in quarter hours/ credits for graduate study. Students must provide a letter or transcript from their educational institution stating the number of credits currently being taken to the IAI Registrar. The words “full-time student” will not suffice.

A Student Registrant receives all benefits of the Full Registration with the exception of the Friday night Banquet (reservations may be purchased separately for that event) and workshops will require an additional fee. GUEST REGISTRATION

A Guest Registration is for the Spouse/Significant Other of a full registrant. The registration fee is $275 (U.S.) prior to 7/31/25 and $300 (U.S.) onsite. This registration includes the Sunday President’s Reception, Monday Exhibit Grand Opening Reception; Monday Night Poster Presentation, Tuesday night Photo Contest and Reception; and the Friday night Installation Banquet. The Guest Registration does not include access to any education sessions.
