Disclosures:
Disclosures are a requirement for all authors on abstracts accepted to the following sessions: Best Case Report, Best Paper Research Competition, and Gertie Marx Research Competition. Disclosure information is in your notification email.
Author disclosure forms are required to be completed by March 17th to receive the presentation, upload portal access link, and participate in the Annual Meeting.

- Please note that the registration fee and hotel costs are not waived for presenters.
- The meeting program is available online. The site includes online registration, hotel room reservations, and travel information.
