2026 SOAP Annual Meeting

If you would like to become a SOAP member to take advantage of discounted member pricing, find more information and join here before registering. Membership for Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows is complimentary. If you are unsure of your membership status, email membership@soap.org.

Members of OAA are eligible to receive the Active Member rate for the in-person meeting in Montreal. To follow the correct registration process, please contact SOAP HQ for details before registering and do not select “SOAP Member” under Registration Type.

Welcome Reception

Welcome Reception on Thursday, April 30 from 5:45-7:45pm is included for all registered attendees. Name badges will be required for entry and you will RSVP on the registration form.

Attendees can bring additional guests to the Welcome Reception for $75 each by clicking "Add Welcome Reception Guests" and entering unique information for each guest.

*Welcome Reception Guest Ticket is valid for Welcome Reception only and does not include meeting registration or admittance to the educational conference or any of its sessions.

Cancellations and Substitutions (In-Person Annual Meeting)


Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Refunds for cancellations received on or before April 10, 2026, will be issued less the following administrative fees:
    • $100 for the full meeting
    • $100 for workshops
    • $200 for both the full meeting and workshops
  • Cancellations received after April 10, 2026, are non-refundable. However, the fee may be applied toward the Virtual Highlights Event.

Substitutions:

  • Substitutions within the same organization are allowed at no cost.
  • To process a substitution, please notify us via email by April 24, 2026.

Cancellations and Substitutions (Virtual Highlights)

Cancellations received in writing (via email) on or before May 29, 2026, will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 29 will not be refunded. Substitutions of another individual from your organization are permitted at no cost if we are informed via email by May 29.
