Rescheduling Policy – AIM Vouchers for National Virtual AIM Training Sessions
To ensure fairness and the quality of our training experience, the following rescheduling policy applies to all voucher-based registrations:
- Rescheduling Prior to Training Start: Participants may request to reschedule their voucher for a different session before the scheduled training session begins, subject to availability and any applicable deadlines.
- No Rescheduling After Session Start: Once a training session has officially begun, vouchers cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or reused under any circumstances. Failure to attend or late arrival after the session start time will result in the voucher being considered used and forfeited.
- Responsibility to Attend: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure timely attendance and to request any rescheduling in advance.
By registering for a session, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
