This contract is for exhibit space, sponsorships, and/or advertising as noted below, by and between Global Special Operations Forces Foundation Corporation (doing business as: Global SOF Foundation), and the Company named herein. The Company agrees to comply with all Terms and Conditions appearing in or attached to this contract and further agrees that this contract and all terms and conditions contained herein or attached hereto are binding on all parties and can be amended only in writing by both parties.
