Patron registration should be made through the same process as attendee registration.

Enter the name of one person to receive complimentary registration, then select your patron package on the second page.
Instructions on how to register the additional individual will be emailed.

Payment must be made for benefits to become available. Allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Patron support and Exhibit space are non-refundable.

Please register and submit your logo by May 1, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in the final program and on signs.

Table Top Exhibits are available for $1,750, includes one complimentary registration. Any additional representatives at the exhibit table must also register, at the general rate.

Purchase of an Exhibit table is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available.

Two chairs
Listing in the program (if registered by May 1, 2026)

Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors.

Signs and pop-up displays are permitted only if they fit on top of the provided 6’ table or directly behind it. Distribution of literature may be made only from the table top exhibit.
