Welcome to the EducationUSA Brazil Roadshow Spring 2026, which will visit six cities in Brazil, and the Brazil EnglishUSA Fair, which will visit two cities in Brazil!

March 19 | Rio de Janeiro Roadshow
March 21 | Recife Roadshow
March 23 | Fortaleza Roadshow
March 25 | Goiânia Roadshow
March 28 | Porto Alegre Roadshow + EnglishUSA Fair
March 31 | São Paulo Roadshow + EnglishUSA Fair

Each city will host a 3-hour in-person educational Fair. Additional activities such as high school and university visits, networking events, and more will be determined based on each city’s context and availability.

*Porto Alegre will have the Roadshow and the EnglishUSA Fair together.
*São Paulo will have the Roadshow and the EnglishUSA Fair together

Cost (including admin fee): $1,170 USD per city
Registration Opens: November 24, 2025, at 12 PM (ET)

Registration will occur on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Fair Coordination will confirm your registration within a week.

* Registrations will close by January 30, 2026 or once capacity is reached, whichever occurs first.
** It is essential that the email provided in the registration belongs to the person attending the fair. Please avoid using general or departmental emails (e.g. internationaladm@xxx.edu), as important communications may be missed.
*** The registration fee includes fair participation for up to two representatives per institution, per city. An additional fee of US$200 will be charged for each of the third or more additional representatives.
**** All costs will be paid through the EducationUSA Fair Portal by January 30, 2026. All payment deadlines are final. If the payment is not made by the determined dates, waitlisted institutions will be invited to replace the pending institution.

About the Fair: * All relevant information about the details of the fair is in the Educationusa Brazil Roadshow and Brazil EnglishUSA Spring 2026 Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully. ** EducationUSA Brazil will provide suggested Flights and Hotels to the participating institutions. *** One registration per institution is encouraged. If two departments from the same institution submit a registration, EducationUSA will reach out to clarify. *** The fair will be promoted through Media Promotion/Advertising campaigns in one or more of the following: EducationUSA social media and websites, U.S. Embassies and Consulates social media sites, local newspapers, radio, local businesses, organizations and government institutions. This may vary from city to city.

The EducationUSA Brazil Roadshow & Brazil EnglishUSA Fair Spring 2026 is open to:

U.S.-based, accredited higher education institutions that want to promote their Undergraduate, Graduate, Short Term and/or Intensive English Language Programs and recruit Brazilian students. We encourage participants to take full advantage of this tour by providing information on all levels of instruction available at their institution.
