Hosted by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, Flavors of Carolina 2027 is North Carolina’s premier food and beverage sampling and networking event — where the very best of our state’s farms, waters, and kitchens come together with key decision-makers from across the food industry. Got to Be NC members will showcase their finest products to key buyers and decision-makers from retail, restaurants, foodservice, schools and universities, healthcare, government institutions, ABC stores, farm stores, brokers, distributors, and media influencers — all under one roof.

Note:This is a wholesale trade show—not a retail selling event. Exhibitors do not sell products directly to the public. Instead, the focus is on connecting with qualified buyers, showcasing your products, and generating wholesale orders and future sales opportunities. Sampling allows buyers to experience your products firsthand, helping create lasting impressions and opening the door to valuable business relationships.

The New Product Showcase puts the spotlight on the latest and most exciting products hitting the market from Got to Be NC members — proudly Grown, Raised, Caught, and Made in North Carolina.

As an exhibitor, this exclusive feature gives your brand the chance to stand out, generate buzz, and capture buyer interest before the show even begins.

Whether you’re making your Flavors of Carolina debut or introducing a new product line, the New Product Showcase positions you in front of attendees, sparking conversations and building momentum with buyers and industry leaders from the very start. If your product is perishable, you may display the packaging instead. All products will be returned after the show.

Certificates of Insurance: Approved exhibitors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that lists the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and the NCDA&CS as an additional insured. The minimum requirements are $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for each occurrence.

Breweries, Distilleries, and Wineries: A Limited Special Occasion Permit from the ABC Commission is required to offer samples containing alcohol. Contact the ABC Commission at (919) 779-0700 for permit questions.

Deadline: Certificates of Insurance and Limited Special Occasion Permits (if applicable) are due by November 20, 2026 and should be emailed to Sara.Lilley@ncagr.gov.
