Product Market Groups & Strategy Training

Most companies will have some form of vision, strategy and policy deployment approach. Too often however companies focus doesn’t make effective use of the tools that can support and add value to strategy development. If we try to grow turnover by selling products and services that marketplace doesn’t value or where we are not competitive then we will struggle.

Industry Forum works with clients to analysis their offerings in the form of Product Market Groups (PMG), a way to assess the combination of product or service offerings and the markets to which they are delivered. This enables objective understanding of the PMG strengths and weaknesses, enabling strategies to be set that will meet customer requirements and support future sales growth

This training session will introduce Product Market Group activities within the wider strategy development approach, providing practical exercises and examples of the associated tools that delegates can apply directly back to their own organisations.
