Racism and discrimination in the workplace are an ongoing threat to the mental health and well-being of employees and clients. Participants will learn how to challenge and navigate their own perceptions and implicit biases, in addition to managing individual and team dynamics through the lens of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Describe the social determinants of health
- Detect oppressive systems within White supremacy
